Why burn an unscented candle if not for the wonderful aroma?

Unscented candles allow for multiple candles to be lit in the house without the possibility of an overpowering aroma, or a mix of aromas, which may contribute to headaches. Some people suffer from allergies, and a natural unscented soy candle is a great way to enjoy a green product without a fragrance. Unscented candles are also wonderful for mood lighting such as during a meal, where you may not want a fragrance to interfere.

Do Fragrant Elegance products come in different colors or tints?

No. Fragrant Elegance offers natural soy wax products. At this time there are no all natural color dyes available, and we have no intention of compromising by using synthetic color dye. Our products contain only soy wax, fragrance oils and essential oils. They do not contain additives such as uv inhibitors, preservative, or color dyes. Though Fragrant Elegance products are free of color dyes, some essential oils may cause slight color variations.

Where is the best place to display my Fragrant Elegance products?

Because Fragrant Elegance products contain no preservatives, direct sunlight may cause fading, discoloration and possibly melting. As with any candle, they should not be placed in a window or in direct sunlight. A cool place away from the sunlight is best.

What forms of payment can I use?

FragrantElegance.com currently only accepts orders and ships within the Contiguous United States (lower 48 states).  We do not accept cash, money orders or personal checks. Acceptable forms of payment are:

Is there a Minimum Order Requirement?

No, there is no minimum order, however if you wish to take advantage of our FREE Shipping option your order must subtotal at least $50.

How much is Shipping?

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, please allow 3-5 business days for order processing prior to shipping. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays are not processed until the following business day.

All packages are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. We maintain very competitive prices for our products and charge only USPS shipping charges. We have priced shipping with all the major carriers, and USPS is currently giving us the best prices. This in turn means that you will receive the best price we can offer.

What if I need to cancel an order, or receive a damaged product?

Cancellations: Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, order cancellations can only occur within 24 hours of purchase, and MUST accompany an email to Info@FragrantElegance.com to process.

Damaged Product: We take precaution to ensure that every product is packaged properly to ship and arrive safely. Should you receive a damaged product, please email us immediately at Info@FragrantElegance.com within 5 business days from the USPS “Delivered” date. Include in your email: your Order ID, the candle scent, and a photo of the unburned candle with the USPS packaging present. We advise you to not throw anything away until you have a new order en route or we have made another arrangement with you. If a replacement candle is provided, it will be the same scent that was originally shipped, unless the scent is no longer available. Please note: candles that have been lit will not be replaced.
